The brief
The Group of Analysts (TGOA) needed reliable connections between WooCommerce-based shop systems and the backend tools that actually run their operations. We worked with TGOA on the integration layer, both for their own systems and for client engagements where TGOA brought us in to handle the technical side.
WooCommerce ↔ Billbee
Most of the engagement centered on synchronizing product data and order processes between WooCommerce shops and Billbee. The mechanics aren’t glamorous: keeping product attributes in lockstep, mapping order-status transitions cleanly across both systems, and handling the edge cases that surface once shipping volume isn’t fictional.
We designed and built the integration with reliability as the first constraint. Failure modes had to be visible, partial syncs had to recover, and the system had to keep working when either end shifted.
Webshop ↔ HubSpot for bytec
Through TGOA we also took on the technical integration between a webshop and HubSpot for one of their clients (bytec). The work covered the conceptual side, including what data flows where and which system stays authoritative, plus the partial implementation that got the connection live.
How the engagement ran
TGOA brought kant.dev in for the parts of the project that needed engineering depth, while keeping the strategic and client-facing layer in their hands. That model worked because the technical decisions could be made in close contact with the people who knew the operational context.
